Abstract:
The best way to learn and improve your skills is by practicing over and over again. However, you don’t always get personal feedback on your actions. More and more people in the agile community are moving into coaching, which makes interaction with people one of the most important assets. A coaching dojo gives you the opportunity to practice your agile coaching skills and get personal feedback from other participants in a safe environment.
