Amerik van Rijn has been working for Rabobank since 2001. Until 2006 he worked as an ITIL process manager for the Rabobank. In 2007 he started as a projectmanager at Rabobank Group ICT. He started his first agile project in 2010. Amerik is an enthusiastic project manager who believes that agile project managers should facilitate projects members and not interfere the iterations of scrum.
