- Interesting topic. Very relevant to my job.
- too much info
- practical
- good slice, to the point and sometimes funny
- good reflections on what was learned

- collaboration
- enthusiasm
- practice
- good exercises
- interactive

- usefull tips
- you guys stimulate the interaction, so you can xxxx talk/discuss about the subject
- good teaser
- content
- exercises
- presentation
- exercises mixed with theory
- applicable in a lot of situations
- exercises
- subject
- slides
- role play
- discussions
- some pictures in the sheets
- excercises
- the exercises are fun
- learned that you "read my mind"
- the interaction of the entire team
- the "fun" part
- deprimerend in de zin dat het duidelijk maakt hoe moeilijk is dit/hoe zwak ik er in ben. Maar ook hoopgevend in de suggesties.
- insightful/illuminating
- practical
- handson
- I liked the roleplaying between the two of you to illustrate your point, and the RP in the groups.
- The drawing with the read on + the click + beweyned
To make it perfect:
- explain agenda
- overview prepare upfront
- asking people to expose own problem might be ... "touchy", sensible
- shouldn't you limit the assistance?
- more time for the roleplays
- EMD: Link back to the original case. Make the concusions clearer and concrete (ik-boodschap, non-vialent-comunication steps)
- quality of discussion in group largely depends on members, some xxx/influences of you 2 coaches
- more time :-)
- during an exercise, pass them by, listen and if necessary, guide (the click game)
- exercises were not always clear to me
- plan the content and explain a bit more
- more practice
- smaller group to be able to explain the intend of exercises
- more time ;-)
- not finished, to quick in the end
- exercises are hard -> stick with 2 issue/group
- good question. Can't help you here right now
- provide some more detail for the available tools
- give example on how to do the exercises
- 'maybe' force people to switch teams
- homogenous group (number of persons)
- smaller groups, to have more time interact with you guys
- a little help on a situation to discuss
- tools for discussion on a sheet. During the exercises we tend to forget them.
- sometime dfficult to understand/hear one of the speakers
- I would have liked a bit more feedback on real life examples
- short of time, session doesn't feel finished
- the timing or planning
- veel meer tijd nodig dan 1.5 u
- use pre-defined scenarios as real stories entail one person not normally involved
- It would have been perfect if you had been more clear about the RP'ing: "let's illustrate this...". Talk more about trust and how to build it. Used more time on explaining the content/pattern/relationship thing.
- all in all I enjoyed the session.
